Hi! I'm trying to calculate response time in days and hours using the work ticket create date/time field and the labor start date/time field. I'm not good with sql, so I'm looking for an expression i can type into the query. I'm currently using Access 2003. I have no problem with the expression returning a decimal, like 1.2 to indicate 1 day +. I'll need to take those values and average them in a later query or pivot table. For example, a work ticket was created 11/15/11 at 12:00 pm, and the labor start time was 11/16/11 at 6:00 pm, the difference would be 1 day 6 hrs.
