calculations in a form

I have a tabbed subform
I have entered the date I review an employee for a raise
How can I calculate the next review date which would be a year later

MAKE SURE your review date field name goes in the [ReviewDate] field!!!

Can be placed in a query that you can use in a report.

I'd say it was best to set the expression given (prefixed with an =) in the ControlSource of a control on your form.
