Calendar control

I am looking at the ActiveX calendar control. It displays a nice calendar, but what can I do with it? I want the user to be able to click on a date and then make an entry on that date. Can I do that with this control?

I've never used the Active x control.

I usually use this one.

John: OK, I like the look of that calendar. I am not clear how I would use that in my application though. How do I do that?
