call out data base

hi i want a call out database with a calender with blocks in to represent slots booked and free, with a form with time start, duration (default 60mins) address, work to do, and milage. and the a report for the customer to sign. i have tried for about 6 months with different ways and means, to no aval, it would help if i had som knowledge of vb programing, ect, i have basic knowledge of access, eg add data, search data, and reports. please can someone helpme design one, as i would be very greatful, thanks in advance

You could start of with one of the Microsoft db's then play with that just add new db then look for templates.

Thats what I did when I first started out as gave me loads to playwith.

I do know there was a time and billing template in 2000

thanks for the Last one thats made my life easier for ongoing customers (service Contracts) but too much for a one time customers, basic fields needed are start time, duration, address, work, milage,
and a calender just in case the pre-selected date is inconvenitant.

narrowed down

open the database and the date is pre-selected for the first alavilble Date and time, two days ahead, if that date time is inconveiniant for the customer, a calender function with slots for booking another date and time, but prebooked slots must be shaded to prevent double booking would be needed,
