It's strange, but I'll get there one day. The big drawback for me is that this is only a really small portion of my job. Originally I just had to find a way to start pulling data from these incidents without actually sitting and going through each one by hand.
When they were handed over to me, they were all hard copies, and far from filed in any particular order. After sorting, filing and entering them all, it's nice to finally get to fiddle with some of this stuff.
If I ever end up making it much more complicated I'm definitely going to have to take a course or two, that's for sure.
