Sorry about he previous data base I attatched that had no data making it hard to see the problem, have now entred a item so you can see the problem to edit the item (update) obviously click on edit stock item then choose the a catergory and click on the item that will then allow you to update it......so add another 20 and then go to the query and it has doubled the 20?
