Hello people.

Right, deep breath...................... here goes.

I have a main form (switchboard) that has a combo box. When the user choose's their name from the combo box, each other form picks up the users name. FINE. Right, i have a form that displays all the users call's, only if the call has been passed on. This data is taken from a query, and the main CONTROL source is taken from the FIELD called IT SUPPORT NAME. Right this is fine as well, YEA I KNOW GO TO SOUTH AFRICA, TO GET TO FRANCE (I LIVE IN ENGLAND!). Right, but what happens is that if a user takes a call for themselves, and cant close the call, then the form wont pick these details up, which i correct as there has been sort of code, Macro, etc to tell it so. So what i want to know is, is to possible to show ALL records for that user, CALLS PASSED ON + CALLS NOT PASSED ON, WITH THE CLOSE DATE CLOSED. (Sorry about this, confusing myself).

PLZ PLZ PLZ CAN SOMEONE HELP.

The form is made up of two table's, One the IT Support name, and the other is a subform of the PROBLEMS table. These are then JOINED by using the IT SUPPORT NAME...... Look forward to hearing from anyone who can help.(I NEED A WHISKEY NOW)

Thanks in advance

Maybe it's because it's so early in the morning here and I haven't had my coffee yet, but I am not sure I fully understand your problem. Are you trying to get ALL records from both your tables, whether there is a match or not? Have you tried a union query?
