can anyone help with a simple bookkeeping database

hi all,

I am trying to make a simple program to keep check of my direct debits, and cash in and out. i would like it to automatically put in direct debits when the date is due. but with out changing the date every month i am not sure how this is done. I also need to have the balance field updated when i change the amount field. is this possible ??
Can anyone help

I have two table one with direct debit info, and the other the main database

I cant find use for it, don't have much money to keep track.
