Can Group Header Be Made Invisible?

I am designing a report which includes both a CommitteeGroupID field and a CommitteeGroupName field. I am grouping by the ID field but the end users don't care about that field and only want to see the Name field. Is there a way for me to use both the ID field and Name field in my report design but make it so that only the name field is visible in the Preview and report output?

There's a Visible property in the Property Sheet for that textbox. Like the name implies, you can control its visibility by changing it.
