can grow????

Hi everyone,

I have a report in access 97 that has several memo fields one below the other. Each field is the width of the page.

The problem I have is that when anyone enters a large amount of text into these fields, it disappears out of the box. If I set the box to grow, it then overlaps the next field in the report.

Is there a way I can set the report up to move the remaining text boxes down if the box above grows?

From what you describe, that is what I believe should happen already. Check the canGrow property of the section of the report that the text boxes are in. It also needs to be set to Yes.

Also make sure the boxes don't already overlap in design view.
