I have got a database that of the click of a button, runs a query and exports the data to excel and generates a graph, this works fine.

However i now need to generate two graphs, then somehow copy the graphs and display them in a report, both on the same page.

similar to that of the attached file

ideally i would like to import these graphs into a report, but open to suggestions.

Please help

Andy

What is it about the chart that means you can't create it direct in your report?

unfortunatly, it is a request by the company that i work for that it is generated in excel, i have tried to sway them, but they aint having any of it.

the trouble is the way it is currently, they have to copy each chart and paste it into powerpoint or word etc....they claim it is taking too long

When you refered to a report, I assumed you meant an Access report. It now seems that you mean an external document.

The graphs bit you are doing in Excel, so I guess all you need to do is export the data in such a way as Excel can read it. Why not store the graphs in one Excel woorkbook and use Access to export to two different workbooks that are linked to the one with the grapsh in?
