Can not enter data in a form

Dear friends

I have some problem for entering data.

I have attached the file.

If you check the file, you will see "DSASubform" in the form.
Then enter the combo value in the "Depart" field and "Stop-Over" field.

Here I could not enter values in these field.

Please help me.
