I saw it in that garden Nr Marlborough UK, when I was out walking in 2017! Just happened across the picture again. I have no idea what it's doing there, or what it was for. I think there were a few other numbers around as well!

In an open setting like that, you can bet you will find lots of #1 and #2 all over that lawn.
