you know wehn i want to download it my changes from web site are considered and i can't see your changes. do you know how i should open it?

Try:
1. Hold down the Shift key as you open the db and keep holding it until the db loads fully
2. Do not reconnect the tables
3. Open it in an isolated directory
4. View the form in Layout view to see the OldID textbox, switch to Design View and view the code behind the Click event of the attachment field.

It is the same screenshot as before. In the Click event of the attachment field, add the macro described. Go to Layout View, look for the OldID textbox and rename it to txtOldID.
