Cannot enter data into a query

Hi Simon, have been making excellent progress on the db, one rule I forgot to think about at the time was do put a rule on the date selection to stop officers completing timesheets in advance. As the cboWeek already has an afterupdate expression I was unsure where to place it.

I have tried a few fields (Start Date, cboTimesheetDate, the subforms timesheetDate) but get some pretty weird SQL errors.

I'm not sure if a modules code can be modified to incorporate a date rule that gives a message is broken?

Glad to see you making progress, you had a good starting point. I'd be pleased to help, when I started developing in Access I nearly tore my hair out!

Let me have a look at the database and I'm sure that we can sort them out. Dates are difficult as Access assumes US rather than UK formats.
