Cannot expand named range

Hi
we are importing data in excel sheets from ms access using
DoCmd.TransferSpreadSheet command
its giving message "Can not expand the named range"
plz help
one more thing if i press "ok" below this message will it miss some values or not?

How many rows of data are involved?. If it is more than 65,535 (plus one for header), then it won't be able to import into one sheet.
