cannot run user level wizard

i had a DB which was owned by Administrator. i ran the user level security wizard and created some users. next i made one of the users administrator and admin was left in user group which had no permissions. i need to change ownership(the book i followed asked me to do so, otherwise Admin from other PC can view my DB easily). so i created another DB and imported all objects to this new DB.

but this DB is open to all and i want to have some sort of user level security. when i try running the wizard i get an error msg saying i cannot run this while i am the admin and this DB is secured...

please help me secure my DB the right way...

yes i did read this.
only after reading this pdf i came to know that changing ownership is required.. now i have imported all my objects to this new File and ownership has changed.. but anyone can access this file.. it doesnt asks for any user-password.
