Cannot view .tif files in Image control

Is is possible to view .tif files in an Image control? Currently I get the error "Microsoft Office Access doesn't support the format of the file 'file name' or file is too large. Try converting the file to BMP or GIF"

Is there another control I can use to view .tif, or is there a work around.
