You must tell Mummy not to read these stories to you before tucking you up

Yes, thanks, ColinEssex, I just did't know it's possible. ;)

I'd love to be a fly on the wall when Colin comes home and announces: "Guess what, sweetie, tonight (...extended drumroll...) I'm going to be Henry Kissinger."

The resulting response could prove ugly (or not)!

The attached image is a screen shot of such a Form.

It only contains 80 Text Boxes but the Resort has 34 Units giving the impression that there are 2720 Text Boxes in total. The Form starts from today's date and runs 80 days into the future by using the horizontal scroll bar. The remainder of the Units are displayed by using the vertical scroll bar.

It's a continuous SubForm so the 80 Text Boxes get reused for each Unit at the Resort and therefore could handle much larger number of Units.

In the screen shot the cursor is in Unit 104 Sunday 26-May-2002 and some of the details of that booking are shown at the top of the Form. Double clicking the Text Box takes you to that particular booking to view all the details. Any Box with a number in it is available for booking any box with a line through it is booked.

It is purely a graphical representation of the Resorts booking future and in on way represents the structure of the underlying database.

I hope that gives you some ideas but any underlying code you will need to write yourself.

Regards
Chris
