Question Can't edit XP command bars under Vista

Working with Access 2002, installed on a Vista Ultimate computer.

Every time I modify a custom toolbar in an Access 2002 database, Access crashes. The crash happens on the close of the Customize dialog box, and the dreaded "Problem with Access 2002" message (pdf copy attached) appears.

This has happened on two Vista machines.

Advice appreciated.
