Can't print (1 Viewer)

I have installed Office, student and teacher edition 2003, and I can not print out of word or excel. A test of the printer works and I can print off the net. Anyone have the answer????

Checklist...

• Restarted PC after MS Office installation?
• Opened Printers folder and noticed any issues with currently installed printer?
• If your printer icon is shaded grey, there is something wrong with your printer...reinstall printer drivers!
• Still problems printing from Word and printer icon is okay, reinstall printer drivers anyway and RESTART PC...
• Uninstall all versions of MS Office 2003 and reinstall, remembering to restart the PC after instal is complete...

Try these in order as time saving begins at the top. Hopefully, the solution is early on...
