can't see all data in form

i am trying to make a subform that would include the notes for the particular member. i have made a query that will pull up all the notes for a particular member. the query shows many results, but on the form (in single form format), i only get the first one. if i do it in datasheet format, i will get all the records.

what am i doing wrong?

In single form format, each page sjows only one record. To show many records on the same page, you need to use either continuous forms or datasheet mode.
