Cant see Design View on Tables

Hi

As I mentioned in my intro I have just upgraded to Access 2007

I have downloaded one of the many standard templates available and am trying to customise

When I right click on the Table... only Open is an option (no Design View)

I understand this template is web based - but would like to know if it can be converted to a standard database (so the tables can be modified)
