ummmm......sure. I performed surgery on myself to get it all started decades ago.

Surgery? Like what? Brain surgery?

no, surgery on the body. I blew myself up with internal medicine before the weight lifting started. (this talk is getting a bit strange now)

ummmmm.....you have to tell me if this is still serious talk before I answer that. I can't get a handle on your emotions with that quirky photo of yours. And I despise that black shirt. You look like Steve Jobs. do you have 10 of them like he did? (actually I think he had a lot more turtlenecks than that!)

Perhaps I should start a turtleneck collection.

I have gone to the gym plenty, but putting on lots of muscle was always difficult for me. I got a fair bit stronger after one year of 3 x weights per week and 3 x cardio sessions. But as I got old, you get weaker!

do you realize that, that's the longest sentence you've ever written in response to me? =) personally, I don't have a lot of muscle. I only weight 218.

218 is a lot of ounces. I wouldn't be disappointed with that.
