Cascading Combo Boxes in Form

I have a form that has to have cascading combo boxes (3 boxes). When I created it before the code I used worked great but I had to redo the tables to include bridge tables with composite Primary Keys to get rid of redundant data.
Can anyone help with this one? I have attached a copy of the DB.
