Cascading Combo Boxes

The third box is now feeding the fourth but only after it pops up a parameter box when I make a choice from the third box, when I choose it populates the fourth one withe appropriate choices. What do you suggest I look at?

What have you changed in the 3rd cbo? Do you now have AfterUpdate event code? Any other code in cbo3? Parameters popping up usually mean you have misspelled something or referencing something that is not in the RowSource.

I put the code for the fourth combo box in the after update of the 3rd combo box. The parameter asks for the name of the group chosen in the 3rd combo box. Then it populates with the right choices.

Please post the code starting with Private Sub and finish at End Sub.

I had to fix the order by and now it works. :)
Now hopefully I can get it to run from the form. :)

Is there a particular time you are online? You have been such great help that I'd like to be able to ask you questions when I run into them.

Hi Becky,
I'm on all times of the day and night. Sorry it took so long to respond but the email system for this forum does not always send me wake up calls.

Would you have an idea how to create a form that shows a bar graph and that would allow the user to click on one of those bars to dig even deeper to get more information pertaining to that particular subject? Does that make sense?

I don't believe there is anything native in Access that would do what you want. It is pretty easy to make Bar Graphs with either labels or text boxes and they both have click events to work with.
