Can someone please have a look at my table structure and tell me if I'm on the right track.

I have 4 tables. Each table has a relationship (one to many) to the next, cascading downwards if you like.

Part
Section
Sub Section
Sub Sub Section

I think I've got FK right. I.E Section has (part PK) as a FK, sub section has (Section ID PK) as FK and so on.

If I run a query including all the tables, with Part at the top, I don't get all the data I require.

This data base will eventually serve up legislation. Ive started here with the Health and Safety In employment Act (NZ).

What have I done wrong.

Many thanks. D.

Perhaps you could take an example -from your query -eg- S No= 6 and tell us what you expected to see.
My advice would be to remove all embedded spaces in field and object names. These require brackets[ ] and will be a syntax issue. Use a naming convention that doesn't have embedded spaces or special characters. Use only alphanumeric and underscore "_".
