Chance properties of a file

Hello,

Is it possible to change the properties of a file? I.g. I have a file called 1.jpg, but it is read-only. If I want to delete this file with the KILL-Statement, access says: error by entering the file. (No access to the file)

How can I change this, so I CAN delete read-only files?

Already found the solution! I'am not complete awake i think. Found it in the help....
