Change color of certain portion of Report

I am trying to figure out how I can change the color of only a certain section of a report using code. See example:

=("We are pleased to inform you that your request for " & [Provider Name] & " to join " & [Group Number] & " – " & [Group Name] & " has been completed effective " & Format([Effective Date],"mmmm d\,yyyy") & ".

Reminder:  When providing services within the group, please use the group provider number when billing for services.")

What I want to do is make it so that just "[Effective Date]" is a different color such as red. Is this possible to do within the formating above? I was able to change the date format, just can't figure out the color.

If you have a textbox, you can concatenate many fields together as
you did, but you can't make PART of the textbox a different color.

You can use Conditional Formatting to alter the color of the
stand-alone [EffectiveDate] field.
