change combo box value in vba

I'm pretty sure this is possible, but am having trouble figuring out how. I have a combobox that lists values from a query. The values are passed as parameters to the report. There are 5 values in the list. When any 3 of the 5 values are selected I need to change the report parameters to include all three values and not just the one selected.


Any ideas??
