Changing attachment name and subject from print preview

Hello,

I have a database that generates purchase orders. Currently the PO has a generic name "Purchase Order".

I currently use the print preview feature to attach the report to my outlook as a .pdf file.

I have a text field in my report name [txtPurchaseOrder]

I would like to attach the file to my outlook with a filename L PO [txtPurchaseOrder]

Seems to me that you could have named the file when you saved it. The screen you showed us is too late to achieve a rename. But there must have been a time when you created the file that would have allowed a choice of names.
