Changing drop-downs

Hi,
I'm not very good in access and have had little training. I've been asked, however, to add some more dates to an existing drop-down list box on a form in an access d/base - i have no ideea how to do this. I don't know if it's a 'combo box' or what that generates it but i can't seem to find it - can anyone help?
 
These dates are probably somewhere contained in a table, or should be if somewhat 'properly' designed.

Right click your combo box, properties.
Look at the record source, that is the table that contains your data and that is where you need to add your dates...
