Chart from parameter query

I have created a chart that is generated from a make table query that has several parameters that a user must enter(year, grade, subject). My question is this: I would like a subtitle on the chart that describes the selected parameters instead of just a generic title. Is there any way to place an unbound text box that will fill in with the parameters? Hope this makes sense!
