Check-Box to add data and current data and time "VBA"

Dear team,

I need some help with my form, i need to have a VBA code that when i click on the edit button and tick the check box on the main form, it would then add the value of certain field to "YES" and automatically populate the date and time of certain other fields on the same table i.e

when that check box is ticked and then i press a button.

it would populate field "checkedOut" = "Yes"
and also chkoutDate & chkoutTime = Data, Time() << when i pressed that button.
