Check Box

Hi

I am creating a database and I want to incorporate a few Check boxes in the form.

I require that the record cannot be saved unless all the Check Boxes are checked i.e a person needs to tick mark all the Check Boxes in order to save the record.

On failing to do so, the database should give a prompt reminding the person to mark all the boxes.

Please help me with this. Its urgent.
