Check Date complys in query?

Hi,

I have a query where i wish it to check that a date within my table complies to the below

<>"05/04/yyyy"

So in crteria i want it to be 05 of 04 and the following to be in a year format. The o5 and 04 are specific, it doesnt matter what the year is as long as its a year.

See if this link helps at all. You are also probably going to want to use the Month() and Day() functions.

Just to give you something to play with.
I'm thinking in US (mm/dd/yyyy) format. You
may have to reverse the month and day:

After reading the suggested link,
you could just add a calculated field to your query

Expr2: Month([YourDate])=5 And Day([YourDate])=4

and in the criteria cell: False
