In the past when I have a checkbox on a form and it is checked, it also shows as a check on the report. However, the last checkbox I created puts a -1 on the report if it is checked. Any suggestions as to why this happened?
Look at the report and verify the type of control you used. The report design toolbox has a checkbox control. If you put one on a report and bind it to a field that is true/false then the report should look just like a form.
