i have a combo box with multiple value that having a field PCname and checkbox button if the PC is available

my question is :
is it possible that if i check the box in the combo box then i add new record the check box in the previous record is still checked or invisible to know that the PC is not available

You can't have a functional Check Box in a Combo Box. You will see either Yes or No when the Combo Box list is in it's Drop Down state or the underlying value of -1 or 0 when it is not. You will not be able to change those values directly by clicking on them.
