To administrate sales orders, we check up to thirteen contracts (let's call them A-M) that may be included in a submission. The Specialist, to create an audit trail, must first indicate that a certain contract is "Required" by selecting the appropriate checkbox. Once that contract has been verified correct, the appropriate "Complete" button is then checked.

Then, they can close their process and pass the order on to manufacturing by selecting a button. However, I want to make it that the button either 1) does not show on the form, or 2) will not work... until the Specialist has indicated at least one contract was required and that all thirteen pairs of "Required" and "Complete" checkboxes match.

So, if we call the Required checkboxes

ReqdA
ReqdB
ReqdC

etc,

and the Complete checkboxes

CompA
CompB
CompC

etc,

I need to have some kind of code that would drive my desired end result. But, I have no idea how to do this except to write lines of code on the AfterUpdate event of each and every checkbox, which I know isn't the right way.

Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED !!!

I'm going to take a quick stab at this and say you could write one sub routine to do the check and simply call the sub in each after update event... :)
