Checkboxes?

I have an inventory database and one of my fields is office version, Under office version I tried to make checkboxes for example I did Access, Word, excell, Powerpoint and next to them I had the little checkbox but when it wouldn't let me check more than one box. How can I check them all?

It sounds like you need to make a 1:many relationship between say [office version] and [document] if what you are saying is that one document exists in many different formats e.g. an Excell version and a Word version . Please provide a bit more info about what office version refers to.
