I HAVE A FORM THAT I GO TO AND INPUT MEMBERS ADDRESSES AND SUCH. I USE MAIL MERGE IN WORD TO MAIL OUT POSTCARDS TO SELECTED PEOPLE. Right NOW I GO INTO THE TABLE I HAVE A FIELD CALLED MAIL OUT AND PUT A Y IF I WANT THEM TO GET A CARD, blank if they don't get one. Is there a way to make this column clear on each startup? Now I have to go in and clear each previous Y then add the ones I want. The list is 200 + so it can take a while. Any help would be great.

Should be easy.

Create an update query based on that table, add the field you want to update (MAIL), and update it to N. Every time you open that query, it will set all the MAIL fields to N. You can open the query on the start of that form, or place a button on your form which opens the query.
