Does anyone know of a website where I can use round coloured circles (Red, Blue, Green) that can be used on a form where the images are not frayed at the edges in form view?

Just use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to resize them.

Aziz if you are wanting to do a lot of graphic design I would recommend Inkscape

It's an open source product that really can do vector graphics.

Takes a while to get into but is good for converting things into .eps (a lot of printers default format ) and like Picture manager can resize things appropriately. For this particular case is probably a bit of a sledge hammer for a nut.
