ok it's like this .... i have a rental store...i have the database set out, with relevant forms and stuff, and it all works fine, i have a problem with defaulters tho (people who don't bring the product back within a day) i have set my form so that the background turns red if they have not brought it back in a day... well i have this also so that it displays the defaulters in a query, and that query is linked to MSWord.file
what i want is a button on a form that prints all the defaulters out in msword then closes
i have the letter set up and mail-merged to the query

i just need a command button to go on a form.
