Code to compare data between two DB

We have a database that was designed for us and the data came form outlook. Not all the data was copied over so we have an incomplete DB . Is there any code that can check the origional copy of the data against the new one , see what is missing and copy it over

Can't you use a Find Unmatched query (made by the query wizard?)
