Code to pass data to Adobe

I would like to pass data to an Adobe pdf that contains a form field. I have searched this and other forums but have not seen anything like what I want.
The reason I am using Adobe and not Word is because the document contains the CEO’s digital signature and they obviously don’t want anyone copying it out of the Word doc.
I have also searched the Adobe web site but came up empty.

Creating the pdf is not a problem; I have the full version of Adobe. I want to pass company information from Access to a form letter that has a form field for the info.
