Collect data on internet using Access?

Hello all.

I searched the general forum and found a couple of things relating to the internet, but nothing that answered my question, so here goes....

Is there a way to put a form on the internet to collect data in a table, without anybody being able to see the data that has been input so far?

I am trying to collect personal information (addresses, family member names, etc) from a variety of people for use in sending out greeting cards. However, I don't want anybody currently inputing their information to see anybody else's information.

Can this be done?

Is this a true statement:

Each individual is entering their own information and is not allowed to see what has been entered.

If so, on your form's properties change Data Entry from No to Yes.

Yes, that is a true statement. Thank you. That was pretty basic, I should have known that.

How do you upload an Access database and display just the form on the Internet? I guess I didn't really ask that in my post. I'm really looking for some direction to an article that guides you through the process, I don't expect anyone to walk me through it.

You probably want to create an Access Data Page. The page acts as a form on the internet. (You can run the page off a query and set the query to show only blank entries. So once they enter the information they click save, they won't be able to see any of the entries including their own.)
