Color status is required to the report

Hello Guys,

I wanted put color in color status field when its color code field changing their code,

for example when the color code R than color status textbox should be in red color,

I tried my way its not working. please can anyone sort out the issue ?

If you only have a few colors then easy to do using conditional formatting
