MS Access 2003
I have a table with data grouped by month, by P&L (which is Rev or Cogs), by customer and by director. The field names are “calendarMonth”, “Rev”, “Cogs”, “Customer” and “Director”. Five columns total. So, January’s data is first then February’s, March…..etc. I’d like to have February’s data on column 6 to 10 and March’s data on the next 5 columns, etc. I came across ColumnCount but not sure how to set up my query to display the data as described above.
My ultimate goal is to run a report to display rev and cogs by month for the year.
