Columns not working

Hi. I'm a newbie with a column question

I created a report (Landscape):


Escort, Media, Last name, First Name, Control #

This appears nicely on half the page, I'd like it to populated the OTHER half of the page. I want all this info duplicated Down and Across into a SECOND column.

I went to page set up and chose 2 columns, down and across but it refuses to give me a second column group? I want it to look like (it wraps here but on landscape there should be plenty of room):

Escort, Media, Last name, First Name, Control # <space> Escort, Media, Last name, First Name, Control #

Check the column size setting in page setup. If memory serves, it starts out as full width and you have to change it.

Thanks. That helped. But it looks like it was a combination of that and for whatever reason when I went to "report view" it doesn't show up in columns. When I went to print view after changing the column width, and shrinking my original columns a bit
...it came up.

Glad you got it working. I rarely use report view, so didn't realize columns didn't work.

Thank you so much. I'm afraid I'm not very good at Access...I'm decent at Excel for the most part but FAR FAR from being expert. Sometimes the best way to learn to swim is just to jump in the "deep end". Forums like this give me "floaties" Thanks for your help!
