Combining Multiple Fields On Form

Need some help. I am combining 3 fileds or at least trying to. Two of them are Text fields with numberic values the thirs is a calculated field.
Field 1 is COMPANYUPC (6 digits) field 2 IS PRODUCTCODE (5 digits) filed 3 IS CHECKDIGIT (1 digit)

I tried "filed 1 + field 2 + field 3" but it ends up joing filed 1 &2 but then adding filed 3 to the last digit of filed 2. Tried a fe other things as well but none worked. Any help is appreciated.

Use ampersands (&) for concatenation in Access.
